Pepper Sweet Chocolate ORGANIC Seeds

This very sweet variety produces blocky thick walled fruits that mature from green to an attractive chocolate brown colour. 

 

Use for a wide range of culinary dishes and salads. 

 

Sow February - April

Sweet peppers need a long growing season they will grow outside if they are planted beside a south facing wall in containers and kept extremely sheltered. They are more suited to a greenhouse, tunnel or conservatory in pots.

 

Sow the seed between February - April in a seed tray covering the seed with a fine layer of sieved compost, and place on a sunny window sill or in a heated propagator do not let the compost dry out.

 

When the seedlings are around 5cm tall pot them into 9cm pots then into a larger pot as they grow transferring them in June to the greenhouse border, growbag or pots.

 

Water regularly and feed with a liquid feed when the first flowers appear.
