Pepper Sweet Etiuda Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

 

This easy to grow sweet pepper has blocky shaped fruits that mature from green to bright orange.

 

An early variety that is thick walled with very sweet juicy flesh.

 

They can be grown under glass or in a polytunnel but also outside in a very sunny sheltered spot in pots and containers. 

 

Seed Qty 0.2 gram

 

 

Sweet peppers need a long growing season and will grow outside if they are planted beside a south facing wall in containers and kept extremely sheltered. They are more suited to a greenhouse, tunnel or conservatory in pots.

 

Sow the seed between February - April in a seed tray covering the seed with a fine layer of sieved compost, and place on a sunny window sill or in a heated propagator do not let the compost dry out.

 

When the seedlings are around 5cm tall pot them into 9cm pots then into a larger pot as they grow transfer them in June to the greenhouse border, growbag or pots.

 

Water regularly and feed with a liquid feed when the first flowers appear.
