Wildflower Cowslip Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This spring flowering wild flower has golden yellow flowers that stand on long slender stems above rosettes of pale crinkly leaves.

This lightly fragrant hardy perennial is perfect colour for a shady border.

Deadhead to prevent self seeding

Sow between February - May on a warm window sill, cool greenhouse or cold frame into trays of moist compost cover with 5cm of sieved compost.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant into 7.5 cm pots to grow on.

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out into their final flowering position from June onwards to flower the following spring.
