Cosmos Sensation Mixed Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This easy to grow half hardy annual has a bright and colourful mix of large single daisy like flowers that stand on tall stems above ferny foliage blooming during summer.

Perfect for planting at the back of a sunny mixed border and also make a nice cut flower.

Deadhead to prolong flowering

Sow between February - May on a warm window sill or propagator into trays of moist compost cover with 6mm of sieved compost.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant 5cm apart into trays to grow on.

Gradually harden off before planting out after all risk of frost has passed.

Sow outdoors during May where they are to grow.
