Sowing Instructions:

 

Sow seeds directly outdoors from early spring to mid-summer. Prepare well-raked, fine soil, and sow seeds 1 cm deep in drills spaced 20-25 cm apart. Keep the soil evenly moist during germination. Once seedlings emerge, thin to 5 cm apart for optimal root development.

 

For continuous harvesting, sow seeds every 3-4 weeks. Avoid over-fertilisation, which can cause forked roots. Mulching helps retain moisture and prevents cracking.
