Aquilegia Petticoat Pink Seeds - Irish Plants Direct
 
This delightful hardy perennial has attractive pink and white semi double flowers that stand on slender stems above green ferny foliage from early summer.
 
Plant in beds and borders for long lasting colour. The flowers are very attractive to a range of wildlife.

Planting ideas Beds, borders, woodland and cottage gardens wildlife pots and containers low maintenance 
Cut the flower stems down after flowering to the base of the plant. 
Also known as granny's bonnet or columbine
 
Sow between February - June on a warm window sill or propagator into trays of moist compost cover with 5mm of sieved compost. When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant into 5cm pots to grow on.
 
Gradually harden off the plants before planting out from April onwards for them to flower the following summer.
