Sow seeds directly outdoors from March to July in well-prepared soil, free from stones. Sow thinly in shallow drills 2 cm deep, spaced 30 cm apart. Water well and keep soil consistently moist during germination.

Once seedlings appear, thin to 10 cm apart to allow roots to develop fully. For a continuous harvest, sow in succession every three weeks.

Harvest when roots reach a desirable size, usually 6–8 cm in diameter. Younger roots are the most tender and flavourful.

Beetroot Betina is a fantastic addition to any vegetable garden, offering a bountiful harvest of vibrant, nutritious roots throughout the season.
