Sow between February - April on a warm window sill or propagator thinly sow the seed on top of moist compost covering lightly.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant 5cm apart in trays or small pots to grow on.

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out in June.

Coleus can be grown year round as a houseplant.
