Q: What pot size do you use?
A: All our plants come in pot sizes ranging from 9cm to 3 litres. The Chart below gives you an idea of our plant pot sizes
Q: Do Your Plants look like the pictures on the site?
A: We will choose the largest, strongest plants available at the time of picking however please don't worry if the plant doesn't look as it does on the website. Plants look very different throughout the year especially in Winter and Spring. Many shrubs will have lost their leaves and will have bare stems and perennials might not be showing any signs of life above the soil worry not the root system has been checked and they are just waiting to burst into life.
Q: Do you design gardens for customers?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer a garden design service
Q: What happens if items are unavailable after I have placed an order?
A: Occasionally for reasons out of our control Items become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this should happen we will substitute for another variety.
Q: Can I plant my plant straight away?
A: Yes, all our plants are extremely hardy and ready to plant straight out.
Q: Is my payment safe?
A: Yes we use Sagepay to process all our payments they are a secure online Paypal, debit and credit card processing provider.
Q: Can I pay over the telephone?
A: Yes, You can either order online and select pay over the telephone in which instance a member of our customer services team will ring you back to complete the order. Alternatively you can email your order through along with delivery details and contact number and someone will contact you to place the order.
Q: Do you accept orders outside Ireland and the UK?
A: We accept orders worldwide to be delivered within Ireland and the UK. (Except certain Scottish borders and Islands) Please ring for details.
Q: How long will it take for my plants to arrive after I have place an order?
A: Plants are dispatched Monday - Wednesday to avoid them being sat in transit over the weekend, we try and dispatch all orders within 5 days however during busy periods please allow up to 14 days. Once your order has left us we will inform you via email, you will then be able to track your order online using the online tracking service.
Q: What happens if I am not at home to accept delivery?
A: All orders have to be signed for, the courier will contact you first to arrange delivery. If you are not at home please make alternative arrangements to have it your parcel delivered.
