Sow the seed between January - April in a seed tray covering the seed with a fine layer of sieved compost, and place on a sunny window sill or in a heated propagator do not let the compost dry out.
When the seedlings are around 5cm tall pot them into 9cm pots then into a larger pot as they grow transfer them in June to the greenhouse border, growbag or pots.
Water regularly and feed with a liquid feed when the first flowers appear.
