This mix of four colourful rounded beetroot brings a good range of flavours and textures to mixed salad's or roasted mixed vegetables. 

 

Varieties included are Kogel 2, Albina vereduna, Bupees Golden, Chioggia.

Sow into well raked prepared fertile soil from April the drills should be around 2.5cm deep and well watered, sow the seed thinly each drill should be around 12cm apart. Thin out the seedlings to 10cm apart when they emerge to grow on. Keep the plants well watered in warm weather.

 

Regular sowing will ensure a continuous supply of crops.
