This classic looking daisy is a great hardy perennial for a sunny border or wildlife garden the single white flowers stand on slender stems above spoon shaped green foliage.

These long flowering plants are excellent for attracting a variety of wildlife into the garden especially bees and butterflies.

Deadhead to prolong flowering and cut down in autumn

Sow indoors for the best results between March and May into seed trays on a sunny window sill, when the plants are large enough to handle transplant into trays to grow on.

Plant out when all risk of frost has passed.

Sow outdoors from April 5mm deep into finely raked soil that's been well watered when the seedlings emerge thin to 25cm apart.

They can be sown out doors during September or October to flower the following year.
