Lemon Balm Seeds - Irish Plants Direct
This low maintenance easy to grow bushy perennial herb has bright green leaves with a strong lemon flavour and white flowers during summer.
It can be used in a wide variety of culinary dishes and tea's and can be grown in pots or the herb garden. Lemon balm is part of the mint family and does have a tenancy to spread so container growing may be advisable. 
Excellent for attracting wildlife into the garden.

☀️Sow March - April indoors. May - June outside 
☀️ Germination 14 - 21 days
☀️ All soil types that's acidic, alkaline or neutral 
☀️ Harvest June - October 
☀️ Companion Plants  Brassicas, Cauliflower, Tomatoes, Squash and onions
☀️ Pick the young leaves as required 
☀️ Use in salads cooked dishes and teas
Sow thinly March to April indoors in seed trays 0.5cm deep water and place in a warm position 15 - 20 degrees and keep moist. Transplant into small pots when they are large enough to handle, grow on in cooler conditions gradually accustom the plants to outsiders conditions.
Sow thinly from March - May outside where they are to grow 1.5cm deep into finely raked well drained soil that has already been watered. Thin the seedling to 30cm apart and keep well watered until the plants are established.
