Hollyhock Marshmallow White Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This eye catching cottage garden favourite is extremely ornamental with tall spikes of fully double white flowers from late summer.

They are perfect for the back of a sunny mixed border grow in groups for a stunning effect.

Cut down to the base after flowering. May need staking

Sow between April - June on a warm window sill or propagator into trays of moist compost cover with 1.5cm of sieved compost.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant into 7.5 cm pots.

Plant out from July onwards for them to flower the following summer.
