This popular hardy annual has large white flowers that stand on slender stems above mid green foliage during summer.

Grow in borders, mixed container displays and baskets.

Can be grown year round as a houseplant.

Dead head to prolong flowering. Bring into the house or greenhouse to overwinter.

Sow between January - April on a warm window sill or propagator into trays of moist compost cover with 3mm of sieved compost.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant into 7.5 cm pots.

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out after all risk of frost has passed.
