This easy to grow cut and come again vegetable is an alternative to water cress it has bright green leaves with a good flavour.

It can be harvested nearly year round the highly nutritious leaves are ideal for salads.

☀️Start to pick when the leaves when the plants are approx 10cm high they we will re grow

☀️A good source of vitamin A,C,E,K B6 Calcium and magnesium

☀️ Use in salads, sandwiches or as a garnish

These nutritious leaves are easy to grow either in the ground or containers.

Sow the seed thinly from March onwards 1.5 cm deep into fertile soil where they are to grow. No further thinning is necessary.

Water well in dry weather early sowings may need protection.
