Sow March to May directly outdoors or in trays. Germination 10 to 14 days at 15–20°C. Soil and Position Light well drained soil; prefers full sun. Height 150–240 cm with trailing stems variegated leaves and multicoloured flowers. Harvesting June to October; blooms continue throughout summer until the first frost.

 

Sowing instructions

Prepare a fine seed bed in full sun. Sow seeds 2 cm deep in moist soil spacing 30 cm apart. Water well after sowing and keep soil evenly moist during dry spells. Nasturtium Jewel Of Africa can also be grown in containers with supports for climbing.

 

Grow and maintenance
