This compact half hardy annual has large flowers in a variety of bright and vibrant colours. 

 

This summer flowering favourite will provides excellent long lasting colour in borders or mixed container displays.

Sow February - April 

 

Sow between February - April on a warm window sill or propagator by thinly sowing the seed on top of a small seed tray of moist compost. Cover with cling film until the seedlings emerge then remove, keep the compost moist.  

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant 5cm apart into trays to grow on.

 

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out after all risk of frost has passed.
