This compact half hardy annual provides cushions of lightly fragrant violet blue star shaped daisy like flowers.

 

These are ideal for planting in mixed basket and container displays.

 Sow March - May

 

Sow between March - May on a warm window sill or propagator into trays of moist compost cover with 5mm of sieved compost. When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant to 5cm apart into trays to grow on. 

 

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out after all risk of frost has passed.
