This dwarf bushy bean is a gardeners favourite the compact plants produces high yeilds of tasty tender beans.
They are perfect for growing in a smaller gardens and exposed sites.
They will attract valuable honey bee's into the garden.

☀️Sow January - July or November - December 
☀️Germination 7 - 14 days
☀️Loam - sandy soil that's acidic, alkaline or neutral 
☀️Harvest June - August 
☀️Companion Plants Carrots, spinach, peas and radish.
Do not plant with Onions or Chives.
☀️Harvest when the beans have started to show through the pods, twist off the beans picking regularly 
☀️A good source of vitamin A,C and E
☀️Lightly steam or boil.
Broadbeans have fragrant black and white flowers followed by long leathery pods the tasty beans are within these pods.  
They need a sunny spot with a humus rich fertile soil apply a granular fertiliser a week before sowing. The beans are sown in double rows around 30cm apart leaving 40cm between rows for an early spring crop this hardy variety can be sown in autumn but the crop will have to be protected from frost. 
Pinch out the flower tips when the first beans have set and water well at the base of the plants when the pods start to swell if the weather is dry.
