A great mix of colourful Asters in various shades.

 

These lovely annual flowers stand on strong well-branched stems with bi coloured pom pom like flowers in shades of white, pink, purple and yellow.

 

They provide a long lasting show of colour in garden borders and container displays.

Sow between March - May in a propagator or on a warm window sill at 18 - 21 degrees onto moist compost cover the seed with 3mm of sieved compost. Transplant the seedlings when they are large enough to handle into trays or individual pots.

 

Harden off the plants before planting out after the risk of frost has passed planting 30 - 38cm apart. 

 

Sow direct outdoors between April - May into warm moist finely raked soil thin the seedlings to 30 - 38cm apart.
