Acroclinium Roseum Red Bonnie ORGANIC Seed - Irish

This delightful annual has paper like daisy flowers in various shades of light to dark pink blooming throughout summer on slender stems above clump forming foliage.

An excellent border or container plant that is perfect for drying for indoor displays.

This variety has been awarded by ProSpecieRara as a rare or old variety.

Sow the seed between April and May 5cm deep into finely raked soil that's been well watered when the seedlings emerge thin to 20cm apart.

Alternatively sow indoors in a seed tray on a sunny window sill during March.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle pot into trays of compost 50cm apart or individual pots to grow on.

Plant out when the risk of frost has passed.

Cut and hang the flowers upside down to dry when they are open.
